Sovan is responsible for end to end technology services across Customer, Partner, Train Operations and Corporate ecosystem. He also leads the Architecture, Strategy, Platforms, Data, Analytics and Information management groups focused on making Amtrak a Data Driven and Connected Transportation provider of choice. Prior to Amtrak Sovan spent a decade at Cisco where he played different executive leadership roles spanning across Cisco IT, Cisco Services and mergers and acquisitions.
