Raul Vega is the CEO of Auxis and an executive consultant focused on helping organizations develop scalable and flexible operating platforms to support profitable growth.  Throughout his 30-year career, he has worked with hundreds of clients across 30+ countries and successfully led business transformation initiatives in multiple industries, including consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, retail, transportation, telecommunications, among many others.   His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 multi-nationals to private equity-backed held middle-market organizations.  His areas of expertise include Shared Services Strategy, Finance & IT Transformation, and Nearshore Outsourcing.
Raul is a frequent public speaker at various professional associations on business performance topics.  Recent organizations include National Association of Corporate Directors, Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, CFO Leadership Council, Shared Service & Outsourcing Network and CFO Magazine.
Prior to co-founding Auxis, Raul worked with PepsiCo International and Price Waterhouse.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Accounting.
