She has deep experience in the areas of brand strategy, customer retention, customer experience, loyalty marketing, CRM, personalization, integrated marketing, marketing analytics, and customer research. Prior to joining NCL, Yasemin led marketing teams at CVS, Liberty Mutual and FedEx.
