Allison Baron is a dedicated and passionate Client Executive for EY. Allison joined EY in 2014 and has been with Business Development in the EY Detroit office for the entirety of her career.
Allison has proven success in building trusted relationships, making actionable connections, project management, and team leadership. A continuous learner, Allison is always looking for ways to educate herself with sector knowledge, new firm methodologies, and widen her network to ensure she can connect the dots between her client’s needs and EY’s expertise. A deep desire to foster an inclusive and empowered environment through education, awareness and celebration of differences continues to set Allison apart from her peers.
EY’s purpose of Building a Better Working World inspires Allison daily to get involved with DEI initiatives, activating them within EY, as well as bringing them to the market. As a lead architect and continued development team member, Allison has helped to create, scale and continuously improve EY’s POWER Up program. POWER Up is a facilitated program focused on building personal leadership skills while aligning behaviors for women and allies to
foster inclusion and belonging. Through Allison’s leadership EY has transitioned this from an internal tool to a commercialized offering reaching 10,000 external participants in FY22.
Allison grew up in New Jersey. She now lives in metro Detroit with her husband Evan, and 2 beautiful daughters Brooke (4) and Leila (2). In her free time, Allison and her family enjoy spending time outdoors in Northern Michigan.
